After thorough reviews and in-depth discussions with our artists, we will then recommend suitable courses for them. For international training resources, we will offer corresponding language support.
Feedback plays a crucial part in making sure that our artists make the most of the courses. With the completion of every course, we gather feedback from our artists and conduct internal sharing sessions for them to present their learnings. Not only does this allow us to gain a better understanding of our artists’ experience, but it also helps us make adjustments accordingly to optimize our training resources and upgrade the supporting training system
